20 Best Brunch Spots in Sioux Falls 2024
1. IHOP
Brunch Menu
- buttermilk pancakes
- chocolate chip pancakes
- fruit-topped pancakes
I had brunch at IHOP in Sioux Falls recently, and I had a great time overall. When I visited, there weren’t a lot of people there, which contributed to the pleasant and calm atmosphere.
Even though our meals were served a little later than usual, we knew it was because the emphasis was on the freshness and quality of the cuisine. It was an interesting meal of fresh berry crepes for me.
With blueberries and strawberries strewn over what appeared to be a flattened pancake, the presentation was somewhat different. Although it might not be to everyone’s taste, the aesthetic was innovative.
Regarding the service, it merited recognition. When we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency from our server.

2. Perkins Restaurant & Bakery
Brunch Menu
- pancakes
- waffles
- omelets,
- french toast
- burgers
- sandwiches
- salads
During my visit to Sioux Falls Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, my breakfast was complete. This morning, I enjoyed country-fried steak for breakfast, but my request for very firm scrambled eggs was not met because it was a little too runny.
The service was really slow and I had to go looking for the refills myself. There was better coffee as well.
Nevertheless, there were only a few minor issues with the dishes, and all of them were good and filling. In my opinion parking and service, will be more convenient and easier outdoor the afternoon peak.
Without a doubt, I’ll stay tuned! Having finished playing at Willow Run Golf Course, it is the perfect spot for a noon lunch. I used the freely available wifi to get some work done as well.

3. Granite City Food & Brewery
Brunch Menu
- eggs Benedict
- omelets
- pancakes
- shrimp and grits
- chicken and waffles.
I’ve definitely got good feelings about Granite City Food & Brewery in Sioux Falls. The wings and their Pomberry Fuze sour ale were both fantastic, however the service might be a little quicker.
The location had a good sound system, was roomy, and was clean. The cuisine was excellent. The presentation was striking, and the price was reasonable.
My burger arrived properly cooked to medium, and I will definitely be ordering it again. Their Cajun jambalaya was excellent, far better than what I’ve had in a lot of other places. The wonderful service my family and I experienced enhanced our visit even more.
Even though there was a minor error in the order, the service quickly apologized and the right meal was served. I was very grateful to the server for refilling my drink several times without my having to ask, especially after a demanding workday.
On a subsequent visit, I had the Millionaire’s Bacon Burger, which was outstanding.

4. Falls Overlook Cafe
Brunch Menu
- eggs
- French toast
- yogurt parfaits
- muffins
- coffee
- breakfast burritos
I really had a good time at Falls Park and also fell in love with the Cafe that looks over the Falls. The place is just perfect. It impresses me with the views. And it smells of the kind of water you finally get to see and feel the mist from the falls!
The alleyway led to a squeaky clean spot and the waiters were amiable and kind. Moreover, the dining quality is high-end. This sandwich of pulled pork on pretzel bun was tasty; and equally, the BBQ pork nachos were marvelous as well.
The picky ado, one of the smallest people on the table the whole night, delighted in the ham and cheese wrap. The last dish was the pesto, which proved to be the most popular. So when I am saying that this is not for a formal family dinner, please bear that in mind.

5. Fryn’ Pan Family Restaurant
Brunch Menu
- Breakfast Favorites
- Omelettes
- Skillets
- Appetizers
- Soups & Salads
- Burgers & Sandwich Combos
I had breakfast at the Fryn’ Pan Family Restaurant in Sioux Falls recently, and I was really impressed. I paid a very fair price for a substantial piece of meal that was both excellent and filling.
I went with their super special, which was a roast beef entrée that was $12 and quite filling. An impressive eight out of ten was given to the food’s overall quality and flavor.
I’d give it an additional eight out of ten because the serving size was very substantial, which is uncommon these days. But it’s not just the food that makes this establishment charming—it’s also the cozy, casual atmosphere of the eatery and coffee shop.

I recently discovered Marlin’s in Sioux Falls, a real gem of a restaurant, while out on a drive. The amiable staff and large menu, which included a variety of selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, instantly won me over.
This cafe, the pinnacle of Americana, has a prime location near a regional airport and the main highway. Even though it was crowded,
I was quick to suggest that you try the cornbread Benedict—it’s delicious! This neighborhood diner’s retro vibe only served to enhance its allure. Although there may occasionally be a backlog in the kitchen, the wait will be well worth it, I promise.

Brunch Menu
- coffee drinks
- smoothie

After a three-year break, I just went once again to Sioux Falls’ CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar. My immediate favorites were the fish piccatta and truffle fries.
Despite a minor delay in serving and a mix-up with the order, the attentive and kind server more than made up for it. The mussels and brussel sprouts were excellent, however, I thought the firecracker shrimp was a little too wet this time.
The Korean chicken bowl and the surfer roll were delicious, with their ideal textures and freshness; the wedge salad was savory and well-dressed. My family and I really like the range of plant-based products they offer.

- Garden & Cheddar
- Western & Cheddar
With a menu full of delectable options, Crack’d Pot Restaurant & Bakery in Sioux Falls has a beautiful retro diner vibe. The service was among the best I’d ever had, and the steak and fried browns were cooked to perfection. Our lone server did an excellent job managing everything even during a hectic brunch and went above and beyond to make my niece’s day memorable.
The conversation was cordial and the food arrived on time. The liver and onions were my favorite dish, and there were lots of good alternatives on the salad bar. With just one taste, the Dutch Apple Pie transported me to my happy place and was an utter treat.
This hidden gem of a restaurant had a warm, inviting environment that was ideal for a substantial breakfast. The prices were fair, and I’m sure I would start going there frequently if I were a Sioux Falls resident.
Don’t sleep here if you’re in the region. Come have a delicious supper that will not let you down.

Brunch Menu
- Spinach Dip
- Chicken Nachos
- Caesar Salad
- Burgers & Chicken

I had brunch at Kaladi’s Bistro in Sioux Falls recently, and I had a really good time. Although the cajun seasoning was a little sparse, their Cajun Bacon Blue burger was cooked to perfection. I had a big bowl of chili with my burger, and it was really filling.
That being said, I was surprised by the staffing shortage. Even with the kitchen crew pitching in to assist, the two servers’ efforts were admirable given the deficit.
The create-your-own omelet was a highlight item that was served quickly and was quite tasty. I must mention that my sister had to change her order because they were unable to deliver the gluten-free buns that were promised online.

10. Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe
Brunch Menu
- Wraps
- Sandwiches
- Paninis
- Salads
I had brunch at Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe in Sioux Falls recently, and it was delicious. Even though there was a small issue with my first order, overall, it went really well. With a wide range of vegetarian selections that were ideal for my dietary needs, the cuisine was simply delicious.
The Veganini, which I highly recommend for a filling and healthful supper, particularly pleased me. Camille’s had a similarly impressive environment; it was bright, friendly, and ideal for a brunch get-together.
The staff was really accommodating, even though I was there to study, so I was able to unwind and concentrate on my job uninterrupted. My encounter wasn’t without its difficulties, though.
There was an error on the bill when I placed my order, and I was overcharged by $10. The wraps I ordered were also understaffed, which made me crave more of their delectable toppings. When I voiced my issues, the personnel acted a little condescendingly.

11. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
Brunch Menu
- buttermilk pancakes
- fried apples
- bacon
- French toast
In Sioux Falls, I enjoyed a great brunch at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. We were told by our server Sierra that the special was discontinued, but they had a terrific substitute.vThe food was delicious and the ability to take meals home was quite handy.
The store had a lot of fascinating stuff, making it a fun location to peruse. Our server was kind and helpful, and our table by the fireplace was a lovely touch.
Everything we ordered, including the loaded hash browns and cheesecake-stuffed pancakes, was excellent. Although my son’s meal included both French toast and chicken, he wasn’t too fond of the powdered sugar on his fried chicken.
We saved a ton of time thanks to the Cracker Barrel app, which allowed me to pay straight from my phone and get added to the waitlist. Not to be overlooked is the country store. The furnishings and the cool chairs outside created a cozy and friendly ambiance.
Although the country fried chicken and chicken fried steak were delicious, my personal favorite was the pot pie. All in all, the service was cordial and ensured that our food arrived on schedule. I’ll be going back for sure, and I heartily suggest going.

12. Grille 26
Brunch Menu
- Empanadas
- Cioppino
- Carbonara Bucatini
- Local Steak Frites
I had a great brunch experience at Grille 26. It was a very enticing hotel breakfast nook meets college campus eating area atmosphere. The fries could have been a little crispier, and the grilled chicken melt that I tasted was good but sloppy.
The food’s eye-catching presentation and freshness drew my attention. I was able to find enough gluten-free options to be happy.
My spouse ordered the Southwest salad, while I opted for the Caesar. Our meals were delicious, particularly the nicely seasoned chicken in my salad and the properly cooked beef in my wife’s.
The Caesar salad tasted more like a vinaigrette than I would have liked, though. Our lunch took a little longer than anticipated, but other than that tiny snag, the waitress took our orders and delivered them quickly and efficiently.
Although the top of my chicken risotto looked a little solid, suggesting that it had been left in a food warmer or under a heat lamp for some time, this had no bearing on the flavor or texture of the dish as a whole.
My Old Fashion cocktail was blended perfectly, and the flavor was superb, despite the steak being a little rough for a ribeye. The bartender provided excellent service, which really impressed me. I’ve had better for the price, but all in all, it was a positive experience.

13. All Day Café
Brunch Menu
- egg
- bacon
- fruit
- pancake
I had an amazing brunch experience at Sioux Falls’ All Day Café. The wait time was a surprisingly short 5-8 minutes, even though Scheels shared a busy parking lot with them.
The entryway to the bustling café was a little packed due to the quantity of customers, but the staff handled it nicely by noting numbers and texting when tables were ready.
The drink menu is arranged logically on the table and offers a variety of selections. I went with the white chocolate mocha, which had a lovely blend of sweetness and flavor.
Also, the dish was really filling. I had the Southwest Omelet with Hash Browns, and my spouse had the chicken and waffles. The hash browns were wonderfully crispy and the avocado was crammed into the omelette to a generous amount.

14. Phillips Avenue Diner
Brunch Menu
- fried eggs
- american cheese
- applewood bacon
- sausage patty
- ham
- sourdough bread
- hashbrowns
I love this site so much! The entire experience was flawless, starting from when I asked for a seat until I paid for my meal. These days, it’s uncommon to find someone who pays attention to detail like they did when setting up my favorite outside seating area with menus and silverware.
The food was delicious and delivered on time. The hash browns in especially were excellent and left no greasy aftertaste. Situated in the heart of Sioux Falls, the diner boasts a beautiful 50s décor and serves delicious milkshakes garnished with whipped cream and a cherry.
The ability to place an online order was a practical modern addition. From the swivel bar stools to the retro decor, I adored the entire vibe. It was worthwhile even if there was a waiting list.
It was actually kind of nice how cold the rear section had been initially. It was passable when I tried their poutine, which is a meal of cheese curds, French fries, and gravy.
I found the jambalaya to be a little too salty, but the hot beef sandwich was delicious. The service was excellent in spite of everything. I had another opportunity to visit while on a walking tour of Sioux Falls.
The Mint Oreo Shake that came with my Frisco Melt burger was delicious and well-cooked. I had a terrific experience all around, and I want to return soon. This restaurant should unquestionably be on your list if you’re in the neighborhood.

Brunch Menu
- banana pancakes
- Swedish pancakes
- Omelettes
- Nutella
The Original Pancake House in Sioux Falls provided me with a wonderfully satisfying brunch experience. As anticipated, the service was excellent even though it was noticeably packed for a Sunday.
Particularly for those of us who had to avoid gluten, the server was diligent about looking for signs of cross-contamination. Several of the menu items could be made gluten-free or were already gluten-free, which was a comfort. One of the greatest spots for breakfast is, in fact, this one.
Don’t be discouraged by the lengthy line that was there in the lobby. In light of the high caliber of the meal, the line goes swiftly and the wait is fully justified.

16. Rosie’s Café
Brunch Menu
- eggs
- potatoes
- cheese
- choice of meat
We recently traveled to Sturgis from Pennsylvania and stopped for brunch at Rosie’s Café in Sioux Falls. What a terrific find! Our server was really kind and gave us many of suggestions for things to do and see in the neighborhood.
It was touching to see the same family running the business for several generations. My eggs were a little overcooked, and the hash potatoes were mediocre, but other than that, the cuisine was cozy and wonderful.
But all in all, the selection was affordable and merely enjoyable. Even though we went on a Saturday morning when it was packed, the service was quick, and we left in about an hour. When I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely go back to Rosie’s Café.

Not only did I not have to wait long for my meal, but the bathrooms were really quite nice. They sell a variety of freshly baked goodies in addition to brunch fare. Their dog-friendly policy and outside seating space are very much appreciated.
The cafe, which offers a variety of options and local fare, is bustling with activity in the downtown area. My choices for the day were a cortado and their specialty, “The Cure,” and both were excellent.

Brunch Menu
- bacon
- egg
- cheese

M.B. Haskett is a quaint small breakfast restaurant that I recently found in downtown Sioux Falls. I adored their mocha; it was the ideal balance of flavorful chocolate and silky espresso.
Its attractive position is enhanced by the outdoor dining areas in front and back. Though the menu seems limited, there are plenty of delectable selections.
The mixed berry crepe and eggs Benedict were my favorites. A five star rating would be well-deserved due to the excellent service and atmosphere.
I had the avocado toast on whole grain bread with truffle vinaigrette sauce and a side salad. Everything had a wonderfully fresh flavor.
